Compile-script fix for MESSui
With latest GCC version 11.3 you can not compile ARCADE, HBMAME, MAMEui and MESSui anymore. Robert does know it and recommends still to use GCC 10.1 for his builds. I have tried it successfully with GCC 10.2 (Offical MAMEdev package, msys64-2020-11-03.exe). Please use an old GCC environment and "deactivate" -> "(Z) = Update compile tools: off" in my script for this builds.
And with that case it came to my attention that MESSui.exe does not start with my compile script anymore. Uuch what has happen? Last working version was 0225, no idea what has changed in the source. You know it has deppendencies to MAME ;-)

Released now a fix script for MESSui to cover that. If you use this script please test it with my fix-script.
